BELLE ISLE LADY

Dip seedling 01-156-AR. (Angel Rodgers x unknown.) Up to 5-way branching; 24 buds. A stunning rose flower with looping ruffles, a darker eye and veining, and a chartreuse throat. Fertile both ways.
